Transportation & Distribution

We plan and manage road transportation and distribution across Türkiye around route, capacity, timing and delivery conditions.

When you would use this service

Your goods need to reach one or several destinations inside Türkiye while you keep control of capacity and timing. Three questions are usually unresolved: which vehicle and capacity, which route and within what window, and who tells you when something changes. This service settles all three in writing before the operation starts.

Scope

We plan dedicated transport, express and time-critical operations, part-load or full-load movements and multi-point distribution flows according to the assignment.

  • Dedicated vehicle assignment — allocation and availability confirmed per job
  • Part-load (LTL) and full-load (FTL) movements
  • Multi-point distribution and fixed-route operations
  • Milk Run replenishment — route, frequency, sites and replenishment scope defined per assignment
  • Express and time-critical operations, with a conditional service window
  • Tracking, traceability and agreed reporting

How we work

Planning, single-point coordination and regular status communication are the foundation of this service. We settle route, service type, location and site conditions up front and define who is responsible for what before the operation starts. Changes and exceptions are reported as they happen.

  • Fixed-route, fixed-frequency replenishment (Milk Run)
  • Time-sensitive express movements with conditions confirmed in advance

Packaging & Operational Support

On eligible transport operations, packaging, labelling, dispatch preparation and loading or unloading support can be defined per assignment within the transport scope. Materials, method, quality criteria and approvals are written into the scope.

Conditions

Service windows may range from 4 to 24 hours depending on route, service type, location and operating conditions. This is not a guarantee for every shipment. Flexible operational capacity, with capacity planning tailored to project and operational needs. Our multi-point distribution experience covers 500–600 delivery points; that reflects operation and project context rather than a permanent, owned network.
