How we run an operation
Our generic framework, which carries no customer name, shows how a job is handled from beginning to end.
1. Requirement
— The request, scope and constraints are put in writing.
2. Feasibility
— Route, site, capacity and timing conditions are confirmed.
3. Scope
— What is included and what is excluded is defined.
4. Responsibility
— A matrix establishes who is responsible for what.
5. Plan
— The operating plan and a fallback plan are prepared.
6. Mobilisation
— Vehicles, warehouse, equipment and stock are prepared.
7. Execution
— The operation runs in the planned sequence.
8. Exception management
— Changes and deviations are reported without delay.
9. Delivery and confirmation
— Delivery and return records are taken.
10. Close and report
— Status is reported and lessons are recorded.
How we qualify our claims
Every claim has an approved source. We express capacity by operational requirement rather than by fleet figures. Timing claims are conditional on route, service type, location and operating conditions. We do not publish customer-specific performance data, metrics or testimonials, and we do not share confidential operational detail. What a procurement evaluation legitimately needs, we provide within provable limits.
Let’s clarify the need, route and responsibilities
If you are at evaluation stage, let’s start with your requirement.
